All video, media, posters, and other content, including but not limited to, visual and audio recordings, graphic designs, written materials, and any other creative works, created and/or provided by Night&Dae or on behalf of Night&Dae are the exclusive property of Night&Dae.

Night&Dae retains all rights, title, and interest in and to this content. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing and promotional activities for the business, without further notice or compensation to any third party.

By accessing, viewing, using, or otherwise interacting with this content, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

Client Onboarding Policy: Consultation & Planning for Small Businesses

To ensure the best possible service and tailored solutions for our small business clients, Night&Dae requires a two-step onboarding process:

1. Free Initial Consultation:

  • Purpose: This initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to understand your business, your goals, and your specific needs. It allows you to learn more about Night&Dae's services and how we can help you achieve your objectives.

  • Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes.

  • Format: Conducted via video conference, phone call, or in-person, as mutually agreed upon.

  • Content: We will discuss your business model, target audience, current marketing efforts, challenges, and desired outcomes. We will also provide a preliminary overview of our services and discuss potential approaches.

  • Outcome: Following the consultation, we will determine if Night&Dae is a suitable partner for your business.

2. Comprehensive Planning Meeting:

  • Purpose: This detailed planning meeting allows us to develop a tailored strategy and a customized service plan specifically designed to meet your unique business needs. This meeting will explore a deeper dive into the findings of the consultation.

  • Duration: 1 to 2 hours.

  • Format: Conducted via video conference, phone call, or in-person, as mutually agreed upon.

  • Content:

    • Detailed review of the business's history, current situation, and future goals.

    • In-depth discussion of your target audience, competitive landscape, and marketing objectives.

    • Development of a proposed service plan outlining specific strategies, tactics, deliverables, and timelines.

    • Review of pricing options, service agreements, and payment terms.

    • Opportunity for you to ask questions and gain a thorough understanding of the proposed plan.

  • Outcome: The outcome of this meeting is a detailed plan, tailored to your business, which serves as the foundation for our partnership. You will have a clear understanding of the services we will provide, the expected results, and the costs involved.

Commitment:

  • After the Comprehensive Planning Meeting, you will be provided with a service agreement outlining the specific terms of our partnership. You are not obligated to commit to Night&Dae's services until you are completely satisfied with the proposed plan and agree to the terms and conditions.

This policy reflects Night&Dae's commitment to providing exceptional service and value to our small business clients. We believe that taking the time to understand your unique needs is the key to achieving outstanding results.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling consultations, Media Scheduling meetings, and annual plans with Night&Dae.

1. Consultations:

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel consultations without charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notification, may be subject to a fee or rescheduling limitations, as determined at the discretion of Night&Dae.

2. Media Scheduling Meetings:

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel Media Scheduling meetings, without incurring the full fee, if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.

  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a retention of 50% of the scheduled meeting fee to compensate for time allocated and scheduling impacts. This retained fee will be invoiced immediately.

  • Rescheduling: Night&Dae will endeavor to reschedule the meeting at a mutually agreeable time. The cancellation fee may be waived for one rescheduled meeting at the discretion of Night&Dae.

3. Monthly Plans:

  • Cancellation Notice: Cancellation of select monthly plans requires a minimum of 30 days written notice.

  • No Refunds: Upon cancellation of an monthly plan, no refund or compensation will be provided for any funds already received by Night&Dae. This includes any unused services or time remaining in the plan. All services will cease at the end of the agreed-upon term or at the end of the 30 day notice period, whichever occurs later.

  • Plan Specifics: The specific terms, inclusions, and benefits of each annual plan will be detailed separately in the individual plan agreement. This policy applies in conjunction with the terms of each specific plan.

4. General:

  • All cancellation notices must be provided in writing (e.g., email) to the designated Night&Dae contact as specified in your service agreement.

  • Night&Dae reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time, with reasonable notice to clients. Revised policies will be communicated in writing.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency) affecting either the client or Night&Dae, we will work collaboratively to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
